Who we are

Michael Holloman is the Founder and CEO of Develle Keith, a strategic communications firm focused on cutting through the noise, shaping narratives, and moving audiences to action.

With more than a decade of experience, Michael has built and led integrated campaigns at the intersection of culture, politics, and advocacy, helping shape national conversations on issues including diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI), voting rights, and disinformation.

He has held senior leadership roles across high-impact campaigns and institutions, including serving as Director of Communications at American Pride Rises, where he leads communications, digital, and influencer strategy, and as Communications Director for Stacey Abrams’ 2022 gubernatorial campaign. He previously advised consumer brands, advocacy organizations, and cultural institutions at a leading public relations firm, with clients including Self Financial and Honeyland Festival. Across these roles, he has developed strategies that merge politics and culture to engage new and diverse audiences.

His work has been featured in The New York Times, NBC News, Essence, Billboard, and Rolling Stone.

Originally from Norfolk, Virginia, Michael is based in Atlanta, Georgia and holds degrees from Norfolk State University and American University.
